Personalized psychiatric care for survivors of trauma
I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, licensed in Florida and Texas, specializing in trauma-informed care for professionals of color - especially first-generation millennial adults navigating life after surviving the long-term impact of religious trauma, spiritual abuse, and childhood emotional neglect. As a first gen myself, I fully know that we don't always look like the trauma we've survived.
Services available: integrative psychiatry through - medication management and/or psychotherapy, and immigration evaluations for trauma survivors facing immigration removal.
How I will support you:
I provide compassionate, culturally-responsive psychiatric care tailored for BIPOC professionals who have spent their lives over-functioning, over-performing, and silently carrying pain beneath their success. Whether you’re struggling with chronic anxiety or feeling paralyzed from overthinking, frustration from ongoing mental & physical exhaustion, burnout, emotional disconnection, or the invisible wounds of spiritual trauma - you're not alone, and you're not beyond help.
Through a personalized approach that offers medication management, mindfulness, and/or lifestyle-centered psychiatry, we work together to help you feel more grounded, whole, and in control of your life again.
I believe that healing is not about fixing what’s broken - it’s about remembering who you were before survival became your default mode.
**Disclaimer: I do not prescribe controlled substances
